Give Kids The World has become what it is today thanks to the caring support we receive from companies like West Orange Lumber. We are very fortunate to have you partnering with us on this very important expansion project.

I was at your Oakland facility last week and was impressed by your courteous staff and the prompt service I received. I had the opportunity to meet Jimmmie who showed me around the shop and lumber yard, WOW!  Jimmmie and his team have every board in place they are doing a phenomenal job maintaining a clean, well organized shop and lumber yard, truly awesome.

Once I had selected the materials needed, my materials were neatly bundled together and carefully placed in my truck. From the reception area to the lumberyard I was treated as if I were the only customer there, my experience was great! When I asked for you the lady assisting me informed me that you were at the Groveland facility and provided a map to that location. 

I drove to Groveland and was greeted Sharon Grooms, who informed me you were in a meeting. I told her I didn’t have an appointment and she kindly took me on a tour of your distribution center. It is easy to see why West Orange Lumber is number one, and growing.

It is rare to receive the level of service I received at both locations. Your employees were personable, caring, eager to assist and I would even venture to say proud to be part of West Orange Lumber. Again, I was treated as if I were the only customer there.

Please extend my heartfelt thanks to your staff and let them know that their positive attitude, dedication, team work and excellent customer service fall in line with Give Kids The World’s core values. We are thrilled to be working with you and your professional staff.
